Shipping policy

Every order will have a tracking number, please understand at the moment I ship in the US and CANADA but I do plan to ship to other countries. 

Ready-to-ship orders will ship within 5-7 business days so please be aware of that.

Custom orders will take longer and the anticipated timeline will be noted on your listing details if not please be aware custom orders ship in 5-7 weeks. 

Please note that if you place an order with both ready-to-ship and custom items, your order will ship when your custom order is complete. If you do not wish to wait for your ready-to-ship items, you will have to place two separate orders.

Please understand that Casies Reusables is not responsible for packages shipped with false information (if your shipping information is incorrect, please email me as soon as possible. I will gladly take care of it.), condition of package upon arrival, and lost or missing packages. I will try my best on my end to find your lost/missing package but it is out of my hands once your package leaves my store.
